At Duo Detailing, we are committed to providing high-quality service while maintaining fairness for both our clients and our team.

Deposit Policy

A 10% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.

Cancellations Within 48 Hours

Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the scheduled time will incur a 50% cancellation fee.

Reschedule Then Cancel

If an appointment is rescheduled and later cancelled, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.

No-Call, No-Show

Failure to show up without notice will result in being charged 100% of the service amount.

We understand emergencies happen—please contact us as soon as possible if changes are needed.

• After opting out, you will receive a confirmation and no further messages

• To rejoin, simply sign up again through our website or booking system
